Dispatch Center
Hunter's state of the art computer aide system provides constant vehicle dispatching, call taking, map reporting and system administration. With the use of the customized CAD system and AVL (auto vehicle locator) devices, real time data provides status and location of our fleet and personnel facilitating a seamless transport.

It functions as the link between health care organizations and the emergency medical service providers in the field allowing us to continually monitor emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.

Our Dispatch Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and serves as the heart of our operation. We have the ability to customize our software based on the specific needs of our customers. Hunter is unique in that we offer Edischarge an electronic connection between us and healthcare providers.

E-Discharge Service
Edischarge streamlines transportation ordering by reducing or eliminating phone time, minimizing transcription error, expediting communication, accelerating document transfer and logging the entire process for management reporting and performance improvement.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) providing BLS emergent, sub acute and routine patient care and transportation.

Advanced Life Support (ALS)
Paramedics providing ALS emergent, non-emergent and critical care transportation.

Critical Care Transport (CCT)
Specialty trained paramedics utilizing technologically advanced patient care systems in order to provide a mobile intensive care unit for the continuum of care between medical facilities.
